Women and Birthing People’s Experiences Survey

At North Central London Local Maternity and Neonatal System, we want to ensure that everyone who uses our Maternity Services has an opportunity to give us their feedback on how they felt whilst receiving care. Listening and acting on people’s views and experiences is recognised as a key element in the delivery of high-quality healthcare. The information they give us will help us in the following ways:

  • to provide a source of evidence of the quality of care from the service user’s perspective
  • to improve experience within the Trusts
  • to inform training and education for our staff
  • to help shape the way services are planned and delivered

Thank you for your time and support in completing this survey.
